Welcome to Scotland for Animals

In January, Scotland for Animals attended the Scottish Parliament to outline our proposals for legislation to introduce CCTV into Scottish slaughterhouses.

I am happy to say that our presentation was well received. We have countered the legal arguments against us and it's now been agreed that a Parliamentary Sub-Committee is to be set up to start working towards bringing in this legislation.

This is a massive step forward but we need everybody to start pushing to make sure change comes about as soon as possible. Visit our web-page for information on how to take action: http://www.scotlandforanimals.org/CCTV.html

Join us in the biggest animal welfare issue in Scotland, let's push things home.
